Amid the vast strife of the twin cities of Piltover and Zaun, two sisters fight on opposing sides in a war between magical technology and clashing beliefs.. Fortiche Productions made music video called "Get Jinxed" for Riot in 2013 Now includes Jinx and the town of Piltover. Riot were so impressed with the work that they asked Fortiche to make an animated series, which took them several years.

After the first season was released, Riot announced that there would be a second season and that it would take less time to produce.. Featured in AniMat’s Crazy Cartoon Cast: Geeked Week for Freaks (2021). Arcane tells the story of two young orphan sisters who grow up and get into trouble in the twin cities of Zaun and Piltover. The series is based on the video game League of Legends, and although it drops you right into this fictional world, the necessary time and care has been taken to set up the locations and characters in a commendable display, don’t tell. Solid character development and world building means it’s a thoroughly enjoyable watch without knowing anything about the game.
The animation is downright exquisite
As an anime fan myself, I found the animation in Arcane to surpass anything I’ve ever seen from an animated series. There is incredible attention to detail. It’s clear that no artistic talent or cash has been spared in bringing the world of Runeterra to life, great acting and a compelling story that pulls no punches when it comes to more adult themes the first three episodes have been released and I haven’t can’t wait to see what else they have in store for us!.
